The surface condition of the titanium plate of the sheet metal factory is generally divided into mirror and brushed or frosted. The decoration is generally made of 201 or 304 materials with different thickness of 0.6-2mm. According to the thickness and decorative parts of the stainless steel plate, the installation method can be divided into two types with a keel and a bottom plate type, and a keel without a bottom plate type. Generally, a panel with a thickness of less than 1.2mm adopts a keel and bottom plate type installation method.
Panels with a thickness greater than 1.2mm are mostly installed with keel and no bottom plate. The former of titanium alloy plate is mostly used for indoor wall column or moisture-proof and waterproof position, such as the decoration of the facade without rain, the keel adopts wooden keel, angle steel welding keel, and light steel keel. The latter is mostly used for the decoration of outdoor walls. The keel adopts angle steel welding keel and light steel keel. The above construction process is basically the following steps:
1. Installation of the dragon skeleton: the installation process of the base dragon skeleton, the installation process can refer to the construction process of the wooden keel or light steel keel, and repeatedly check the verticality and flatness;
2. Fixed bottom plate: The bottom plate is generally 5-12mm thick plywood. The construction method and requirements are the same as those of the ordinary wooden cover panel construction, but when the keel is light steel keel or angle steel keel, you must first drill the keel with an electric drill , Use self-tapping screws to fix the bottom plate on the keel, and the screw head cannot be higher than the surface of the bottom plate;
3. Fixed panel: Before the installation of the color stainless steel plate, the finished product shape should be made according to the design size and shape requirements. When there is a bottom plate, apply universal glue to the bottom plate and the back of the stainless steel, and gently paste the prepared stainless steel plate on the bottom plate; when there is no bottom plate, fix the pre-processed stainless steel plate to the light steel keel with stainless steel screws or Welded directly on the keel;
4. Edge trimming: edge trimming, filling, sealing and pressing stainless steel grooves at the interface between the stainless steel or at the inside and outside corners of the stainless steel.
5. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the surface of the titanium plate clean and tear off the surface protective film.
